Cancellation Policy (Private Charter)
a. Full refund will be given under the cancellation at least 7 days before the travel date.
b. A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations between 7 and 3 days before the travel date.
c. Should a cancellation be made less than 72 hours before the travel date, no refund will be provided.
d. No refund will be given for cancellations during the peak season period from December 20 to January 10

Cancellation Policy by Weather
a. Full refund will be given if the Meteorological Department notices bad weather. (7 working days)
b. In case of Adverse weather (general rain only - not scattered or/and isolated showers) we suggest rescheduling the travel date or postponing upon availability.

a. The customer must accept the intrinsic risks of taking part in the tour. An accident insurance policy is held, any valid claims can only be considered within the limits of the stated amount in the policy under the laws of Thailand. The company's accident insurance will only cover medical treatment and medical expenses which caused by the accident that occurred during the trip. This insurance covers Thailand territory only. The personal property of each participant carried on the tour is at their own risk.
b. Special consideration if the participation of senior citizens 70 years of age or over, children under 4 years of age, and pregnant ladies are not recommended.
