All rates are Non-Vat of 7%, offered in Thai Bath, and are subject to change prior notice. The transaction must be settled with 100% payment after receiving an invoice from Earth Views Entertainment Co., Ltd.

Cancellation Policy (Private Charter)
a. A full refund will be given under the cancellation at least 7 days before the travel date. 
b. A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations between 7 and 3 days before the travel date. 
c. No refund will be provided for cancellations less than 72 hours before the travel date. 
d. No refund will be provided for cancellations during the peak season period from December 20 - January 10. 

Cancellation Policy by Weather
a. Full refund will be given if the Meteorological Department notices by weather (7 working days). 
b. In case of Adverse Weather (general rain only, not scattered or/and isolated showers) we suggest rescheduling the travel date or postponing upon a boat's availability. 
 

a. The customer must accept the intrinsic risks of taking part in the tour. An accident insurance policy is held, and any valid claims can only be considered within the limits of the stated amount in the policy under the laws of Thailand. The company's accident insurance will only cover medical treatment and medical expenses caused by the accident that occurred during the trip. This insurance covers Thailand's territory only. The personal belongings of each participant carried on the tour are at their own risk.
b. Special consideration if the participation of senior citizens 70 years old or over, children under 4 years old, and pregnant ladies is not recommended.
